We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 90 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility: 

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
• Products with shrink-wrap removed are considered used and are not eligible for return.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as InfiniTea Candles™ is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds:

• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected.
• Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@infiniteacandles.com with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
